Data Retention

Retention principles for telemetry, logs, traces, documents, accounts, and audit records.

Telemetry retention

Retention windows for logs, traces, metrics, and telemetry should be configured by plan, deployment mode, workspace requirements, and operational risk.

Customers can request deletion of project or application data subject to backup, security, billing, and legal hold constraints.

Document retention

Uploaded AI documents remain associated with the relevant tenant until deleted by an authorized user or removed according to a configured retention workflow.

Audit records

Security and audit records may be retained longer than ordinary telemetry when necessary for abuse prevention, billing, or incident investigation.
